Materials
The Multi Electrode Fish Counter System consists of upto a 2 .o metre Electrode Array Base Panel , an Electronic Scanner Unit and a Mini ITX PC and the whole system is powered from 12 Volts DC.
The base panel is manafactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and the array electrodes are made from 316 grade stainless steel.
The electronic scanner unit has an integral 32 bit microcontroller, this unit can be remotely reprogrammed, ensuring that the controller programs are always kept up-to date.
The mini itx PC operating system is Microsoft Windows 7, and the systems control programs are written in Forth.
